From Archaeology Field Crew to Business Administration

Abstract

On a sultry Florida evening in April of 1979, I loaded my worldly possessions into my 1968 Firebird. Determined to leave that night, I departed at 2:00 a.m. heading north from Tampa on Interstate 75. About forty minutes later, I reached the Brooksville exit, pulled into the parking lot of the nearby Holiday Inn, and promptly fell asleep. So began my internship.
