Abstract

Proses pengambilan dan pemilihan pekerja baru memberikan kualiti kepada semua bahagian sumber manusia. Proses pengambilan dan pemilihan ini merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kejayaan dalam sesebuah organsasi. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat satu amalan yang mampu mempengaruhi proses pengambilan dan pemilihan pekerja dalam memenuhi peluang pekerjaan yang ditawarkan iaitu amalan nepotisme. Amalan nepotisme merupakan satu isu yang sering dibahaskan kerana menjadi salah satu faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi sesebuah organisasi. Ini harus dibenteras untuk memesatkan perkembangan ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Nepotisme, pekerja, organisasi, ekonomi, kejayaan
