1. Post-Doctoral scholar in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky. She is a developmental psychologist who has worked with Drs. Lorch and Milich for several years on studies examining story comprehension difficulties among children with ADHD. 2. Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky. She has completed numerous studies examining the development of children's attention and comprehension, with a focus on children with ADHD. Dr. Lorch also has been integrally involved in the development and implementation of the current intervention, as well as a classroom-based intervention demonstrating long-term improvements in elementary school children's understanding of the logic of the scientific method.

3. Carol Lee Robertson Endowed Professor of Literacy in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Kentucky. She has extensive experience in longitudinal, school-based research that examines the contexts in which children learn from and comprehend text. Dr. Almasi played a major role in developing the lesson plans and training teachers for the NS intervention.

4. Provost's Distinguished Service Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky. He has been engaged in research in the area of ADHD for the past 40 years and is on the Editorial Board of The ADHD Report. Dr. Milich contributed his extensive knowledge of ADHD to the development of the NS intervention.
