Abstract
A new technique for repairing anastomotic femoral aneurysms is de scribed.The procedure consists of initial exposure and control of the graft limb through a suprainguinal incision, and control of the common femoral artery and its branches by insertion of Fogarty catheters into the individual lumens. This technique has been used successfully in 3 patients.
