Abstract
This case report details a 31-year-old female patient who underwent removal of misplaced chin implant, esthetic genioplasty, and angle of the mandible/ramus implants to correct significant facial asymmetry. Rationale for selected procedures, alternative treatment, and review of the literature are discussed.
