1. Cathy L. Baechle is an educational diagnostician in the School of Preparatory Studies at the Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. She received her BA degree in education of the deaf from the Department of Specialized Educational Development of Illinois State University. For her MS in education degree, she double-majored in learning disabilities and behavior disorders at the Illinois State University. He received his MEd degree in health and physical education and EdD degree in special education from Texas Tech University.
