Abstract
Alternate versions of the Western Personnel Test (WPT; Gunn and Manson, 1962) were administered via computer and in the standard paper and pencil format. There were no mean differences in the number of items correct over the two versions of the test. Additionally, computer Form A and standard Form B were correlated as highly as standard Form A and computer Form B or standard Form A and standard Form B. The evidence suggests that the computer and pencil-and-paper administration of the WPT yield comparable results.
