1. Katherine G. Willoughbyis an associate professor in the Department of Public Administration and Urban Studies, School of Policy Studies, Georgia State University. Her areas of expertise include state and local government budget processes, bureaucratic decision behavior, and public program analysis and evaluation. Her work appears in numerous academic journals. In addition to her work on immunization registries, she is involved in research to assess performance-based budgeting in the 50 states.
2. Gregory D. Streibis a professor in the Department of Public Administration and Urban Studies in the School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. He has published widely in the areas of local government and public management. In addition to his current work on immunization registries, he is developing a national study examining the use of performance measures in municipal governments.
