Abstract
The rolling forming process of aluminum alloy composite pipes filled with iron powder is a highly complex coupled deformation process. In actual production, the performance of the rolled parts is often affected due to immature technology. By formulating a pass-free rolling process for the filled composite pipes and using ABAQUS software for finite element simulation, it shows that the uniformity of the powder density distribution and the wall thickness distribution of the pipe is poor. By analyzing the variation rules of the powder density distribution and the wall thickness distribution, the pass-free rolling method is improved, a mixed pass rolling process is formulated and finite element simulation is carried out. It shows that the uniformity of the powder density distribution and the wall thickness distribution of the rolled parts is greatly improved. The mixed pass rolling process has certain guiding significance for the actual production of this composite pipe.
