Abstract

The green cone-headed planthopper Acanalonia conica (Say, 1830) is a Neartic species recently detected in Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Slovenia and Austria. We here report its first capture in France based on a specimen found in Auzeville-Tolosanne (Haute-Garonne) and one observation uploaded on the online biodiversity platform iNaturalist.
