Abstract

For a high-tech enterprise of an innovation-oriented cluster, an applied automated information system was needed to support decision-making in economic problems. In the research, requirements were formed for such a system. The target function of the efficiency of business process management of innovative projects was formed. The function is based on an original economic and mathematical model reflecting the special characteristics of an enterprise’s project activities. A sequence of steps for the implementation of the model was formed. An algorithm to calculate the integral result of the project was proposed. A set of indicators has been identified that helps in assessing the reliability of the relationship management system of a high-tech enterprise with consumers and suppliers. An algorithm for implementing a model of relationships between a high-tech enterprise and consumers of product innovations and resource suppliers was proposed. A software application that provides the choice of the best design solutions was developed. A user interface containing a set of windows reflecting the results of implementing the algorithm for introducing and correcting the initial data was designed. A graphical interpretation of the calculation results is proposed, providing for the display of the results and the happened errors.
