Land allocation problem in establishing boundaries of population centers

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the procedure for allotment of land plots from the lands of populated centers. Land plot allotment is one of the methods of land plot establishment, which is carried out only in case of allotment of a share from agricultural land that is in shared ownership, and the original land plot (from which the allotment is carried out) remains in the changed boundaries.
