Abstract

The current research paper was focused on investigating the influence of wire electrical discharge machining parameters on machining responses of AA-6082/MoS2/Al2O3 Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites (HMMCs). In this paper, Taguchi L18 (2^1 ×3^4) orthogonal array was adopted to conduct the experiments. From the experimental investigations, it was observed that the electrode wire type, pulse on time, and pulse off time have shown a remarkable effect on the machining responses.
