Abstract
The performance of the international vision in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the agricultural sector in Córdoba has experienced a progressive obstacle, which has led to a decrease in interest in achieving competitiveness in the global market. As a direct result, the implementation of innovative strategies within these companies has been minimized. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze MSMEs in the agricultural sector in the department of Córdoba in relation to their internationalization process. The methodology used for the research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach. Information was collected on a percentage basis from a sample of 38 MSMEs from the agricultural sector in the department of Córdoba, Colombia. These companies expressed their perception of internationalization through an online survey. However, based on the information collected, an analysis was carried out that revealed persistent deficiencies in MSMEs in the agricultural sector, designing strategies that not only encourage competitive development at the international level in these companies, but also stimulate their performance sustainable in the face of innovation through training and qualification methodologies with professional support.
