Abstract
The entire process of measurement, analysis and interpretation of EIS data usually aims to get a set of characteristic, physical parameters. Both, the quality of the experimental data as well as the uncertainties coming from the analysis procedure affect the numerical accuracy of the parameters. It is shown, that the consideration of the measurement data uncertainty predicted by the weighted harmonic analysis procedure within the overall data processing of a CNLRS fitting procedure leads to reasonable results for an error estimation of the final parameters of interest. In addition, the evaluation of an individual significance of each parameter enables a check of the physical model under test, whether each of the parameters possesses a physical meaning.
