<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; background: white;">A meta-analysis study to assess the prevalence of wound infection (WI) following right anterolateral thoracotomy (RAT) and median sternotomy (MS) for resection of benign atrial masses (BAM) that induce heart failure, arrhythmia, or thromboembolic events.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">Methods:</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">A comprehensive literature examination till February 2023 was implemented and 296 linked studies were appraised.
