Abstract

This study was undertaken to evaluate the reliability of pathogenic diagnoses based on multisite mNGS detection at the clinically suspected sites and to analyze the efficiency of plasma mNGS detection based on lymphocyte subset counts in patients with sepsis-associated lymphopenia.
