Abstract

Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) and Burkholderia gladioli are opportunistic human pathogens that are inherently multidrug resistant, limiting treatment options for infections. Here, a novel diazabicyclooctane, ETX0462, was evaluated for activity against Bcc and B . gladioli .
