AbstractThe developments in amino acid analysis of feeds for the last 10 years are discussed. Test matrices that are relevant to animal nutrition, such as feedstuffs, food products, plants, silages, byproducts of plant and animal origin, animal blood plasma, and intestinal and ruminal contents are presented.
