Abstract
Multiple sclerosis can result in uro-neurological dysfunction, leading to a range of different urological problems that are distressing to the patient and costly for the NHS. Sue Thomas outlines the more common problems and assessment and management solutions that may alleviate both negative patient experience and the financial burden of urinary dysfunction.
