Abstract

Key Points Co-HP binds to CLEC-2 at N120 and K211, novel binding sites for podoplanin, and inhibits their interaction. Co-HP prevents hematogenous tumor metastasis and arterial/venous thrombosis in mice, without a significant increase in bleeding time.
