Abstract

Key Points Genome-wide RNAi screen provides the first comprehensive list of putative hepatic hepcidin regulators. Hepcidin suppression is linked to the control of mitogen stimulation and nutrient status via components of Ras/RAF MAPK and mTOR signaling.
