Qualitative data collected in this study were analyzed by inductive content analysis method. In addition, while analyzing the data obtained and reporting the results, quantification (digitization) was made. The findings were discussed as teachers, schools, students, parents and management. According to the results of the research, teachers experienced many problems due to the teacher, school, student, parent and management, some of these problems were deeply rooted, some were temporary or local. It is understood that some problems that cannot be solved cause problems in time and cause problems to become chronic. As a result, the problems that disrupt the educational process should be solved by the authorities with solution-oriented approaches.
