Abstract

Two interesting Cu6Gd3 and Cu5Dy2 cluster has been synthesized. Cu6Gd3 shows magnetocaloric properties and zero field SMM behaviour is prevalent for Cu5Dy2. A comparative study on anticancer activity, DNA and protein binding has also been performed.
