Abstract
Furin-induced self-aggregation of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles (NPs) in the tumor using the CBT-Cys condensation reaction system can greatly enhance magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)T2-weighted imaging and photothermal therapy in experiments.
