Abstract

The ability of MnO2 NSs to kill tumor cells by generating ROS was verified by co-culturing the MnO2 NSs with 4T1 cells. Metabolites and metabolic pathways were analyzed using cell-based metabolomics to explore the effects and mechanisms of CDT.
