Abstract
Catalytic degradation of HCHO begins with the dissolution of O2gas from atmosphere into an HCHO solution. O2and HCHO in a solution are then adsorbed onto active sites of PtNPs catalyst, and the complete oxidation happens to generate CO2and H2O.
