Abstract

Sen A decreases caspase-1 activity and P2X7 function, which further leads to NLRP3 and AIM2 inflammasome disassembly and the reduced secretion of IL-1β and IL-18 via pyroptosis restraining and NF-κB-involved NLRP3 priming.
