Abstract

Hierarchical, flexible, and platinum-free TiO_1.1Se_0.9/carbon cloth counter electrode efficiently rendered its dye-sensitized solar cell 9.47% and 10.32% efficiencies in iodide-based and cobalt-based electrolytes, respectively.
