Abstract

Azido-functionalized poly-ADP-ribose (PAR) polymers were conjugated with anti-HER2 antibodies and tubulin inhibitors to generate a PAR polymer-based antibody-drug conjugate with potent and specific cytotoxicity toward HER2-expressing cancer cells.
