In situ sulfidation of porous sponge-like CuO/SiW11Co into Cu2S/SiW11Co as stabilized and efficient counter electrode for quantum dot-sensitized solar cells

Abstract
The assembled CdS/CdSe/ZnS QDSSC with Cu2S/2%-SiW11Co CE prepared by in situ sulfidation shows enhanced stability and efficiency (5.94%) compared with QDSSC equipped with conventional Cu2S/brass CE (4.96%).
