Abstract

Herein, we have demonstrated the in situ synthesis of the orthorhombic Bi₂S₃ nanowires decorated with hexagonal CdS nanoparticles by facile solvothermal method. The heterostructures have been used as photocatalyst for solar hydrogen production.
