Abstract

The advanced synthesis of highly photoluminescent CdTeS quantum dots was performed through their precursor ratio manipulation for the high-precision formation of CdTeS/CdxZn1−xS (x = 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) core/shell 2 ML QDs.
