Abstract

Oxidized chondroitin sulfate (OCS) eye drops was prepared by oxidizing chondroitin sulfate (CS) with sodium periodate (NaIO4). OCS treatment improved the prognosis of A. fumigatus in mice by reducing corneal fungal load and regulating inflammation.
