Abstract
Two types of chiral gem-difluoroalkyl reagents, chiral gem-difluoroalkyl propargylic borons and gem-difluoroalkyl α-allenols were developed by means of Rh-catalyzed enantioselective B–H bond insertion and Lewis acid-promoted allenylation.
