Abstract

Four gallium- or vanadium-based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) were synthesized and these MOFs were shown to possess good stability as well as exceptional SF6 adsorption properties, with one of the MOFs having an SF6-over-N2 selectivity of over 400.
