Abstract

A rare class of oxanthromicin polyketides was isolated from a soil-derived Streptomyces sp. SAR-investigation showed that selected analogues can induce significant K-Ras plasma membrane mislocalisation and can synergise the K-Ras plasma membrane mislocalisation properties of staurosporine.
