Abstract

A sensitive anti-PNCT mAb (2D6) was developed with an IC50 of 3.51 ng mL−1. The GNP-ICS assay was sensitive for detecting PNCT and PAP with vLOD values of 2.5 and 25 ng mL−1. The application of icELISA and GNP-ICS in real samples was validated by HPLC.
