Abstract

We report on a highly sensitive amperometric gas sensing device that employs electrospun tungsten oxide (WO_3−x) nanofibers thus enabling trace levels (concentrations 1.2–12.5 ppm) of acetone vapor to be detected when operating at 350 °C.
