Abstract
A calculation of the intersect distribution of the regular tetrahedron is given throughout its full range of distances. This splits into five intervals where the closed algebraic expressions of the chord distribution are explicitly calculated. The resulting expressions are surprisingly simple within the three inner intervals and not particularly involved in the two outer ones. The implications of these expressions for the asymptotic behaviour of the scattering intensity are briefly discussed.
