Abstract
Committing to the consolidation of an inclusive school implies a transformation of political, cultural structures and school practices, as well as a commitment and positive attitude of all those people who make up and initiate the change. It is about believing, betting and fighting for the construction of friendly environments. This work arises from a research project and its purpose is to analyze and understand the interventions, strategies and inclusive measures implemented by the different people who have intervened in the educational process of Alma's case, as well as the intentions expressed from what they have achieved towards what they would have liked to achieve and the barriers that may have hindered that ideal to be fulfilled. For this, a qualitative methodology has been carried out, using the semi-structured interview as an instrument. The conclusions show us evidence of the existence of difficulties in achieving their goals, as well as a teaching predisposition towards an inclusion that has not been achieved.
