Abstract
Abstract
A case of bilateral ophthalmic artery aneurysm of traumatic origin is discussed. The patient presented with progressive loss of vision, memory deficit, and expressive aphasia. A computed tomographic scan revealed enhancing lesions near the region of the optic chiasm. The diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm was confirmed by cerebral angiography. At operation, bilateral ophthalmic artery aneurysms were successfully clipped. (Neurosurgery 21: 86-89, 1987)
