Abstract
A short review of the experimental results relative to the reaction
π
-
p → π
-
π
+
n
below 1 GeV is made. The angular distributions of the
π
+
and the
π
-
in the overall centre of mass are expanded in Legendre polynomials. The variation of the coefficients as a function of the kinetic incident energy is examined.
