Abstract
Nanocrystalline, BaCaSO4:Dy3+ having a particle size pure and doping material to the prepared combustion method using citric acid as a fuel. To confirm the XRD is an orthorhombic structure. To determine the structure using a JANA 2006 computing software to find
out the goodness of fit values and observed and error peaks. To find out the visualization, electronic structure in three dimensional and electron density values using VESTA software. A surface morphology, chemical composition and phase transitions of the prepared powder samples using SEM,
FT-IR and photoluminescence (PL) results are presented in details.
