1. Christine Sabapathy is a clinical fellow in the Pediatric Thrombosis and Hemostasis Program in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto (ON, Canada). Prior to this, she completed her medical degree at McGill University (QC, Canada) and went on to train in pediatrics at the Mayo Clinic (MN, USA) before returning to McGill University to complete her pediatric hematology/oncology training and a master’s degree in epidemiology.
2. Victor Blanchette is Medical Director of the Pediatric Thrombosis and Hemostasis Program in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Hospital for Sick Children, and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto (ON, Canada). He is a Senior Associate Scientist in the Research Institute of the Hospital for Sick Children and a Clinician Investigator in the Department of Pediatrics at the same hospital.
3. David Lillicrap is Professor in the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at Queen’s University at Kingston (ON, Canada). He holds a Canada Research Chair in Molecular Hemostasis and is a past recipient of a Career Investigator Award from the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
