Abstract
Modern civilization is characterized by a steadily increasing rate of change; With the advent of the Internet and new technologies, eLearning has become the promising solution for universities that are currently in a state of intense change
Students and teachers are eager to learn more and more how to make the best use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) technology to adapt to new forms of education and new market demands work.
After the first half of the twentieth century, began to practice distance learning in 1970 arose education witnessed that used as the main teaching material educational software stored on the hard disk or CD: lessons from various fields, dictionaries, and encyclopedia.
In the last decade, the introduction of eLearning technologies, innovation in higher education has been associated, as it brings significant changes and has the potential to transform practice into many aspects of university life. E-learning is the teaching/learning process used to gather data, information, knowledge or skills in an online environment that covers a wide range of activities ranging from computer-assisted learning to full-time learning. Therefore, e-learning is characterized as the study applied in a virtual world in which human creativity and technology combine to simplify and accelerate for the deep knowledge of the studied field.
Higher education institutions took part in a multitude of technology development cycles. Professionals argue that E-Learning brings with it a multitude of radical innovations in form, organization, and succession of education.
Considering all these reasons, it is easy to see that online learning environments are increasingly used by all participants in the learning process. This article presents an analysis of various software's for different learning environments was carried out by measuring their effectiveness among students.
