Oncological Service of Tajikistan: State, Problems and Prospects

Abstract

В статье проанализировано современное состояние онкологической службы Республики Таджикистан. Изучены и представлены результаты реализации национальной программы борьбы против рака, раскрыты нерешенные проблемы. Обращено внимание на недостаточную работу первичного звена здравоохранения, недостаточное технологическое оснащение региональных учреждений. Изложены пути улучшения работы онкологической службы и перспективы ее развития с акцентом на профилактическую ее направленность и улучшение ранней диагностики. The article analyzes the current state of the oncological service of the Republic of Tajikistan. The results of the implementation of the national cancer control program were studied and presented, unresolved problems were revealed. Attention is drawn to the insufficient work of the primary health care, insufficient technological equipment of regional institutions. The ways of improving the work of the oncological service and the prospects for its development with an emphasis on its preventive focus and improving early diagnosis are outlined.
