Abstract
By administering the S-R Inventory of Anxiousness twice to the same Ss, the relative contributions of Ss, situations, modes of response, and all their interactions to the total variance were determined. The variance due to the triple interaction, which had not previously been estimated, was found to account for about 5% of the total.
