Abstract
AbstractRestorative justice (RJ) represents a humanistic approach to addressing the harm caused by juvenile and adult offenders. RJ practices have been shown to reduce recidivism and enhance the holistic wellness of victims and offenders. The authors make recommendations for incorporating RJ into counselor training, identity development, and counseling practices.
