Abstract
AbstractA benzothiazole fluorescent probe (probe 1) was developed for the determination of carboxylesterase and carbamate pesticides. The probe used benzothiazole as the fluorescent group and chlorophenyl acetate as the recognition group. The recognition mechanism of probe 1 for carboxylesterase was based on the enzymatic hydrolysis of chlorophenyl acetate by carboxylesterase. The solution of probe 1 gradually changed from light blue to dark blue as the concentration of carbamate pesticide increased. Probe 1 could detect the concentration of carbamate pesticide based on the linear functional relationship between the R/B*G (red, blue, green) value of the probe 1 solution photo and the concentration of carbaryl without professional personnel and equipment. Additionally, probe 1 was successfully used to detect the concentration of carbaryl in actual samples based on the curve function relationship between the fluorescence intensity of probe 1 at 434 nm and the concentration of carbaryl.
